Terms of Service

By accessing or using LeagueON ("the Service") operated by BracketLab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

LeagueON is a football tournament management platform that enables users to create and manage tournaments, generate match schedules, record results, and produce shareable match posters. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us immediately at leagueon.bracketlab@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through the Service ("User Content"), including tournament data, team information, and images. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that your User Content:

• Does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Does not contain unlawful, offensive, or harmful material.
• Is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without our written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

All intellectual property in the Service — including the software, design, graphics, and branding — is owned by BracketLab or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without explicit written permission.

Posters and visual assets generated by the Service from your data are considered User Content and belong to you.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., authentication providers, image hosting). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BracketLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where BracketLab is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
